Our Leadership
With over a decade of consulting experience under his belt, Chad has worked with numerous clients to help them reach their organizational objectives and deliver on key strategic initiatives. He founded Torq with the simple motto: “Consulting done different.” He has a wife and a newborn baby boy(!), along with a dog, and loves to travel and play sports in his spare time.
With experience at Deloitte Consulting, Southwest Airlines, and Yum! Brands, Brett is adept at diving into new business areas and identifying ways to improve performance. He excels at product and portfolio management as well as building cross-functional relationships with business partners, technology teams, and senior leadership to drive high impact projects. Brett has a wonderful family of four and can be found riding his bike to and from work every day.
Katherine has worked in the consulting industry for over 7 years now on everything from functional system design to program/project management, to product sustainment. With her passion for bringing out the best in people, she has been able to bring a unique perspective to Torq within talent acquisition, personnel development, and employee engagement. Outside of work she is a proud new mother of a baby boy(!) and manages to still find time to enjoy cooking for friends and family, and spend time with her dog Karl.

Stefan has extensive consulting and leadership experience while working at West Monroe Partners, Mark Cuban Companies, and ExxonMobil. He excels at all aspects of the digital product lifecycle from strategy, design, build, support, and growth. While he is a strong technologist and software developer himself, he also has led many strategy and implementation projects over his career within many verticals.
Michael is a seasoned data and analytics professional with nearly a decade of experience managing and delivering data solutions for clients across industries and business verticals. With experience across the entire data ecosystem, he is especially adept at helping his clients realize business value from enterprise data programs and leveraging analytics capabilities to drive business strategy.
Scott is a seasoned accounting professional with experience leading global accounting teams and providing fractional CFO services for clients. With his CPA and MBA, he enjoys driving accounting efficiencies, implementing scalable processes, and creating order out of chaotic practices. His family is quickly expanding to five with twin girls on the way. In his free time, he likes to play tennis, golf, and run with friends.
