Our Story
Torq began as a bold idea in the mind of our founder, Chad Staiger, who saw a gap in the market for a consulting firm that could deliver high-quality services without the price tag that comes with the big players. He wanted to create a company that valued collaboration, innovation and customer satisfaction, while at the same time providing a platform for talented professionals to grow and thrive. He wanted to create a place where people would look back and say 'that was the best job I ever had.'
Today, Torq is a leading consulting firm that serves clients across various industries. We have over 60 consultants who work on projects ranging from data analytics & reporting to product & program management. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to changing market needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Hey there, I'm Chad Staiger, the Founder and CEO of Torq. My journey kicked off at Deloitte Consulting, but after a while, I felt the itch for something more meaningful.
Torq was born out of a simple idea: to challenge the status quo in consulting. It's my opinion that consulting shouldn't be transactional and limited—it should be about forging real partnerships that leave a lasting impact. It's about making consulting talent more accessible to customers. It's about building an environment where the best people can thrive and accelerate their career.
